1. The Hot Tweeters application and HotTweeters.com are in no way endorsed or associated with Twitter.com.
2. You must be 13 years or older to use this application.
3. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name. Password security is the responsibility of the user. Protect your password!
4. You shall not harass, threaten, or cause any general annoyance to other users.
5. You may not use the Hot Tweeters application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
6. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
7. We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
8. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting such revisions on the HotTweeters.com site, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes. Users should frequently review these Terms of Use and any other applicable policies or guidelines.
9. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Hot Tweeters application for any reason, without notice at any time.
10. You must not, in the use of the Hot Tweeters application, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
11. Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Hot Tweeters account. While Hot Tweeters prohibits such conduct with its application, you understand and agree that Hot Tweeters cannot be responsible for the Content posted on Hot Tweeters profiles or on Twitter.com and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Hot Tweeters service at your own risk.
12. Severability Clause: If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed invalid, unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
13. Hot Tweeters seeks to honor (and ensure that users also honor) all applicable parts of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Hot Tweeters will terminate accounts found to be in violation of any copyright laws.
